The room was tastefully decorated and clean with a great shower. the staff were amicable and accommodating. - the location was historic, near a fabulous local restaurant. - Close enough to the excellent Agincourt museum, historical battlefields, and the church Henry V stayed in before the battle.

Convenient location near a supermarket in Fruges. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from a cool manor house, the battlefield of Azincourt, and the church where Henry V crashed the night before the big battle! 🏰

If you're visiting the historical site of Agincourt, you wouldn't stay anywhere else but Au Repos Du Roi B&B. The property is right on the battlefields, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and private, with a unique farmhouse setting. The hosts, Antoine and Pascal, are friendly and serve a lovely breakfast. The nearby towns offer dining options, and the drive through the countryside is breathtaking.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was divine, with fresh fruits, croissants, and homemade jams that were absolutely delicious. the location was perfect, as it was nestled in a tranquil and rural setting, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
We did experience a minor issue during our stay with a water leak in the bathroom. While it didn't ruin our overall experience, it was a small inconvenience that we hope will be addressed for future guests.

We stayed at Au Repos Du Roi for a night while exploring the French countryside and visiting the nearby battlefield of Agincourt. The charming farmhouse, reminiscent of where Henry V might have stayed, added to the overall allure of the room. The friendly hosts made us feel welcome, despite our limited French, and provided helpful recommendations for a fantastic local restaurant. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, with delicious homemade goodies. The peacefulness of the working farm and the warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
Can recommend this hotel.

The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the Agincourt museum and the actual battlefield. The surrounding rural setting added to the tranquility of our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The highlight was the amazing shower - one of the best we've ever experienced. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, croissants, and homemade jams that were simply delicious. Despite a small water leak in the bathroom, our overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend this establishment for anyone interested in the Battle of Agincourt and looking for a rural retreat. we are very glad we stayed here and would definitely return in the future.
